    Often described as an Italian sunset in a glass, the name Aperol was inspired by the French term for Apertif - Apero - meaning a light pre-dinner cocktail (or two) aimed at preparing the palette for the meal to come.

    Its distinctive orange colour comes from its unique mix of ingredients including,with bitter orange and rhubarb infused with an array of roots and botanicals.

    Body: Intense orange top with herbal and woody body notes, pleasantly bittersweet and salty.
