    SIGNATURE SERVE - In a classic Negroni, pour over ice and stir with equal parts Gin and Campari.

    A BIT MORE ABOUT COCCHI DE TORINO

    A sweet vermouth from Italy's Piedmont region that raises the bar for aromatized wines. Flavours of rhubarb, bitter orange, cocoa, and baking spice make it complex enough for boozy cocktails, but it's also gentle enough to sip solo or enjoy in low-ABV drinks.

    Taste: Bittersweet, mulled wine-like with layers of cinnamon, nutmeg, peppery spice and bone dry quinine, all balanced by honeyed red berry fruit. Long bitter finish.

    Aroma: Herbal red berry with grape and pine.
