    With sugarcane harvested in the heart of Jamaica, water sourced from the Appleton Estate limestone spring and a tried and tested distilling process, this Rum is infused with true Jamaican spirit, where heritage and craft blend come together to bring excellence in every sip.

    A BIT MORE ABOUT APPLETONS SIGNATURE BLEND

    The Appleton Estate Signature Blend is made up from several varieties of sugarcane that are cultivated right there on the Estate and gives the rum a distinctive complex flavour and aroma.

    The distillation process is unique to Appleton Estate, where they combine traditional copper pot still distillation with modern column still distillation, to ensure the signature orange peel top note as well as a balanced rum rich flavour.

    It’s for everyone and every day, and it’s the perfect way to make ‘just another day’ feel special.

    Palate: This is a full-bodied, medium-sweet rum. It’s a delicious blend of 15 aged golden rums with a warm honey colour, a lush, fruity aroma, and a rich taste.

    Blend: 15 select aged rums, aged for an average of 4 years (no age statement on the bottle).

    Appearance: A beautiful harvest gold and amber colour, with remarkable clarity and brilliance.

    Bouquet: Perfectly balanced complex citrus, fruity and sweet notes, with subtle orange peel, dried apricot, fresh peach, and a hint of molasses and woody notes.
