    What is Butterfly Pea? It’s a plant native to Asia and is well known for its brilliant blue hue.

    The plant is rich in antioxidants, which is where it gets its unique colour from and why the flower features in cosmetics, textiles, teas, natural food colourings as well as drinks. Butterfly Pea is also recognised for its medicinal properties and has been associated with a range of health benefits.

    Uniquely, when the acidity of the Butterfly Pea flower changes, its colour also changes. This quality makes the Pea flower a very popular ingredient to infuse into Gin and among mixologists for specialty cocktails.

    Body:Blue-hued citrus gin shining with summer fruitiness and a touch of spice.

    Nose: Soft floral notes on the nose.

    Finish: Lingering liquorice and juniper on the palate.
