    A BIT MORE ABOUT FOUR PILLARS FRESH YUZU GIN

    After considerable experimentation and inspiration from Japan, Australia’s Gin Producer of the Year in 2019 and 2020 landed on its signature Fresh Yuzu Gin recipe in 2020.

    Native to China, Tibet and Japan, Yuzu is a citrus fruit with amazing aromatics that are a mix of lemon, mandarin, cumquat and grapefruit.  With the addition of Finger Limes from the New South Wales North Coast to add a deeper flavour character, this award winning Gin will tick all the boxes if a modern, citrus forward Gin is what you're looking for.

    Body: Fresh Citrus forward with a finger lime adding a depth of flavour.

    Nose: Strong, bright, fresh citrus notes with a mixture of lemon, mandarin, cumquat & grapefruit aromatics.
