    A delicious founding Gin from Four Pillars, this Rare Dry Gin continues to collect accolades, having won Gold medals at major international spirits events every year since 2014.

    A BIT MORE ABOUT FOUR PILLARS RARE DRY GIN

    Wanting a Gin to represent their idea of contemporary Australia, Four Pillars set out to create a spirit that is classic, approachable, spiced to perfection and lifted with great citrus.

    Combining the Yarra Valley’s clean, bright water with their nine signature botanicals plus whole oranges, Four Pillars have produced a lovely aromatic Gin that is highly sensory.  A more modern take on the classic London dry style, making it the perfect ingredient to mix up a cheerful, mood-lifting G&T.

    Body: Opens with candied peels and angelica, with warm cinnamon and white pepper building to a spicy mid-palate. Subtle fruity notes throughout, with a lucious mouthfeel.

    Nose: Light and sweet, supported by touches of chopped mint, fresh citrus and floral hints.

    Finish: Piney Juniper finish.
