    A BIT MORE ABOUT THE BOTANIST DRY GIN

    The Island of Islay lies to the West of the Scottish coast. With its unique landscape and climate the island benefits from an abundance of native, flavourful botanicals.

    Between March and October every year, professional foragers scour the island for these botanicals, which are collected for the distillery and for inspiration. It’s these unique island flavours that make The Botanist an exceptional Gin.

    Body: Satin smooth.

    Nose: Herbal freshness with juniper and sweet citrus coming to the fore.

    Finish: Relaxed. Water mint, hawthorn, wood sage, citrus and soft juniper bound together to give a gentle, satin soft texture and mouthfeel.
